These Generative AI User Guidelines ("Guidelines") govern your use of Artist AI Art Photo Generator's generative AI features. By using our app, you agree to adhere to these guidelines.   • Promotion of terrorism or violent extremism
  • Dissemination of misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content that could lead to real-world harm
  • Sharing private information of others

    Do not use Artist AI's generative AI features to create, upload, or share content that violates third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. This includes, but is not limited to, entering prompts designed to generate infringing content or using third-party personal information without authorization. If you’re not sure whether your content violates the rights of a third party, you may want to reach out to an attorney or consult publicly available reference materials at the following:

    Generated outputs may sometimes be inaccurate or misleading. Please use your judgment to review and validate generated outputs.

    5. Content Credentials

    Artist AI may attach or publish Content Credentials for content created with generative AI features to indicate it was generated with AI.

    6. Commercial Use

    In general, you may use outputs from generative AI features commercially. However, please refer to specific terms and conditions provided by Artist AI regarding commercial use.
